**Discounts and Promotions Terms & Conditions — EACustoms 1. **Non-Combining Policy:** All discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, loyalty offers, and special deals offered by **EACustoms** are **non-combinable**. Only **one discount or promotion** may be applied per service, invoice, or transaction. For example, a seasonal discount cannot be used together with a first-time customer promotion or loyalty reward on the same job. 2. **Eligibility:** Discounts and promotions are valid only for qualifying services booked or purchased during the promotional period stated in the offer details. Eligibility may vary depending on the type of service (e.g., full respray, detailing, restoration, or touch-up work), the vehicle type, or customer status (e.g., returning or first-time clients). 3. **Usage Limitations:** * Each promotional offer or code is for **personal use only** and can be redeemed **once per customer**, unless otherwise specified. * Offers cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. * Attempting to use multiple offers or falsify customer details to gain additional discounts may result in cancellation of the promotion and refusal of service. 4. **Exclusions:** Certain services or items may be excluded from discounts, including but not limited to: * Custom paint jobs or special color orders * Repairs involving insurance claims * Replacement parts or materials * Gift cards or vouchers Exclusions will be clearly stated in each individual promotion. 5. **Expiration and Modifications:** Every discount or promotional offer has an expiration date, which will be clearly indicated in the offer. **EACustoms** reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of misuse, error, or unexpected circumstances. 6. **Final Pricing:** All pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or before service begins. When more than one discount is entered or requested, our system or staff will automatically apply **the single most beneficial offer** (as determined by us) and remove any additional ones. 7. **Acceptance of Terms:** By using a discount or promotional code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these **Discounts and Promotions Terms & Conditions**. All offers are subject to **availability**, **garage scheduling**, and **service type**.

Warranty T&Cs

Paint Job Terms & Conditions — EACustoms Standard Warranty Coverage (3 Years): All paint jobs carried out by EACustoms are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers materials and workmanship directly related to the paint application process. It ensures that the paint finish remains free from defects such as peeling, cracking, blistering, or fading under normal use and care. Warranty Limitations: The 3-year warranty does not cover: Accidental damage, such as scratches, dents, or chips caused by impact or collision. Mechanical or handling damage, including but not limited to scratches or scuffs caused during maintenance, transportation, or assembly/disassembly of parts. Environmental factors, such as exposure to chemicals, salt, or harsh cleaning agents. Neglect or improper care, including failure to follow EACustoms’ recommended cleaning and maintenance guidelines. The warranty applies only to the surfaces that were painted by EACustoms and does not extend to unpainted parts or accessories. Warranty Claims Process: To make a warranty claim, customers must: Provide proof of the original paint job and date of completion (invoice or receipt). Present the motorbike for inspection at the EACustoms workshop. Allow EACustoms reasonable time to assess the issue and determine whether it qualifies under the warranty. If the issue is found to be covered, EACustoms will repair or refinish the affected area at no cost to the customer. Lifetime Warranty Upgrade: Customers may opt to purchase a Lifetime Warranty for an additional £200 at the time of service completion. This Lifetime Warranty includes: Coverage for small to medium scratches caused during normal use. Full motorbike polishing, limited to the parts that were originally painted by EACustoms. Extended protection against workmanship or material defects for the lifetime of the bike under the current ownership. The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original owner and cannot be transferred if the motorbike is sold or gifted. Exclusions from Lifetime Warranty: The Lifetime Warranty does not cover: Major accident damage or structural repairs. Damage caused by fire, flood, vandalism, or other external factors beyond normal wear and tear. Modifications, repainting, or repairs done by other workshops after the original EACustoms paint job. General Terms: All warranty work must be carried out exclusively by EACustoms. Any repair or alteration by a third party will void the warranty. EACustoms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The warranties provided are limited to the value of the original paint service and do not include compensation for downtime, transportation, or consequential loss.

Shipping T&Cs

EACustoms — Delivery Terms & Conditions 1. General Policy EACustoms takes great care in handling, packaging, and dispatching all items. We strive to ensure that every parcel is securely wrapped and sealed before shipment. However, once an item has been collected by or handed over to the courier, EACustoms cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during transit. 2. Customer Responsibility for Incoming Shipments When sending your motorbike parts or items to EACustoms for painting, customization, or repair, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are: Properly secured, wrapped, and packaged to prevent damage during transit. Clearly labeled with the customer’s name, contact details, and any relevant order or reference number. Shipped through a reliable courier service that provides tracking and insurance options. EACustoms will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delays that occur while the parcel is in transit to our workshop. Customers are encouraged to use adequate protection materials (such as bubble wrap, foam padding, or sturdy boxes) and consider courier insurance for valuable or fragile items. 3. EACustoms’ Responsibility for Outgoing Shipments When returning completed items, EACustoms will: Ensure that all items are securely wrapped, padded, and sealed before dispatch. Use reputable courier services for delivery. Provide tracking information when available. While EACustoms will take every reasonable precaution to protect the item during shipment, we are not responsible for damage or loss once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Any claims regarding courier damage must be made directly with the courier company by the customer. 4. Insurance and Claims EACustoms does not automatically provide insurance on shipments. If the customer requires insured shipping, this must be requested and paid for in advance. In the event of transit damage, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier. EACustoms may provide supporting documentation or photographs upon request to assist in the claims process. 5. Acceptance of Terms By sending or receiving items through courier delivery, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Delivery Terms & Conditions. EACustoms is committed to ensuring the highest level of care and professionalism in packaging and dispatching your items, but ultimate responsibility for transit safety lies with the courier and the sender.
